Today 19.03.2017 I got call from a 2013 batch associate girl from delhi cir ( name withheld)..she said *she was chargesheeted by his RM for major misconduct*
Wat actually happened ?
She simply changed a mobile no of a customer after confirming his sign ( thought it was not in uniform manner) actually she was posted in branch recently, dont know the gravity of things like mobile no change ..
That customer (probably nonhome ) opened net banking through this mobile no with self approval through ATM ..and subsewuently trsfd nearly 4 lack to a pnb ac of his ..
