How to study for MPPSC Main exam ? Ans.The written exam consists of 7 papers. The time allotted for each paper will be 3 hours. Each paper will be of 300 marks. Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be of General studies and Paper 3 will be of Hindi. You will be asked to choose 2 optional subjects. For each subject 2 papers will be conducted i.e. paper 4,5,6,7. These will not be objective type papers. These will be long answer type paper. You will have to secure 33% marks in each paper (23% in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates) All the papers will be set both in Hindi and English except the language papers (the Engineering subject paper will be set in English only) After that an interview of 250 marks will be conducted I have attached the syllabus of Generals studies papers of prelim and mains.
