Ans. In ultoo.com you can recharge any mobile number with the rupees you have earned. It is not matter, which number you have listed on your account. But if you want to change your mobile number, you need to follow these steps:-
a.Go to Settings>Account>Mobile Number.
b.Click on change? below your current mobile number.
c.On new page, Enter Your Mobile Number and Re-Enter your mobile number. Click On Proceed button.

i got 10rs in my wallet.. i requested for recharge.. but am not getting the money credited to my mobile no.. wat the hell is this??????
ultoo is very simple site. When you requested for E-Recharge, it asks you to enter your mobile number, network operator name and your region. I think you enter something wrong in that field or your region does not support min recharge of 10rs. You can check your debit history.

sory dear,
but you can not infact nobody can send multi or group sms in ultoo because its a program policy of ultoo. If they allows users to send multiple sms then ultoo's publishers will not be able to earn 109USD per day. If they they will not earn then how they paid you. Please understand it and dont waste your precious time about tricks to send multi sms in ultoo.
