Aulaad is a super-hit movie of 1987 directed by Vijay Sadanah. It stars
Jeetandra, Jaya Prada, Vinod Mehra, and Sridevi in major roles. It is
about a fight between two mothers for a child's custody. It so happens
that the train in which two couples are travelling meets an accident.
When his wife could not be found, the surviving husband requests the
doctor to switch his baby with another woman's baby born dead. After a
few years, when the man's wife returns, he tells her the truth. There
onwards, the tussle between two mothers starts which lands up in the
court.
